GRACE: Hi, can you introduce yourself and tell us about your new cocktail creation?

BAO: Hi, my name is BAO and I work at the “GRACE” bar since 2021. The new cocktail that I’ve created is called “Bao’s one and only”. it is a Rum based Cocktail with the taste of five spices.

GRACE: What inspired you?

BAO: I am Vietnamese and we have a very famous dish called pho noodle. This dish is cooked with five spices, which inspired me to create a cocktail with a similar flavor..

GRACE: How does the cocktail taste?

BAO: After the sweetness of the pineapple, there is a slight aftertaste of cinnamon, anise, cardamom, and coriander.

GRACE: What other Cocktail do you fancy?

BAO: Amaretto Sour.
